Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Gemini Watermark Remover ("we", "us"). They govern your access to and use of https://removegeminimark.com and the watermark remover offered on it (the "Service").

By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

The Service lets you remove the visible Gemini, Veo, or Google Flow sparkle from an image or video in your browser. Processing happens on your device. We may add, change, or remove features at any time, and we do not guarantee that any particular feature, file type, or processing speed will always be available.

The Service removes that visible mark. It does not remove invisible markers such as SynthID, and it does not remove C2PA metadata. It is free to use and does not require an account.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA and UK) to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

Your files

You keep whatever rights you already have in the files you open ("Input") and in the results created in your browser ("Output"). We do not claim ownership of your Input or Output. Because the files stay on your device, you do not grant us a license to store or process their contents.

You confirm that you own the files or have the rights and permissions needed to modify them, including any right required to remove a visible watermark. Removing a watermark from content you do not have the right to modify may violate copyright law or the terms of the product that created the file. We do not grant you any rights in third-party content, including content created with Gemini, Veo, or Google Flow.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for anything illegal, including sexual content involving minors.
  • Process files you do not have the right to modify, or use Output to infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
  • Use Output to defraud, defame, harass, or impersonate someone, or present a modified file as an unmodified original in order to mislead.
  • Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service, or probe, scan, or test it for vulnerabilities without permission.
  • Access the Service with bots, scrapers, or other automated means in a way that degrades it for other people, or resell the Service without our written permission.
  • Attempt to bypass technical limits, security controls, or access restrictions on the website.

We may block requests and restrict access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated. We may also report illegal activity to the appropriate authorities.

Results

The remover rebuilds the pixels under the visible sparkle. Output can be imperfect. It may leave a trace, change detail in that area, or fail to find a mark, especially if the file was edited, cropped, compressed, or re-exported by a social platform. Output is not proof that a file was never watermarked, and it is not proof that a file was or was not generated by AI. You are responsible for checking Output before you use it.

Images download as PNG. Videos download as MP4. We do not promise a particular file size, codec, or visual result. Keep your own copy of the original file. We do not store it for you.

Our intellectual property

The website, including its design, text, graphics, and the Gemini Watermark Remover name, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party software used to run the remover stays under its own license. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you. If you send us feedback, we may use it without any obligation to you.

Third-party services

The website is hosted by third-party providers and may link to other sites. We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, or for the terms of Gemini, Veo, Google Flow, or any other product that created a file you process.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, THAT A WATERMARK WILL BE FOUND, OR THAT OUTPUT WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS. KEEP YOUR OWN COPY OF ANY FILE YOU PROCESS. WE DO NOT STORE YOUR FILES.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR USD 50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or limits of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived by contract.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Input, your use of Output, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or restrict access, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure for us, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive — including those on your files, results, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and general terms — will survive.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For a material change, we will provide a more prominent notice. Continuing to use the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

General

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
