What to include
A few details make a reply faster:
- What you tried, and what you expected to happen.
- The file type, for example PNG, JPG, or MP4. You do not need to attach the file.
- Your browser and device, such as Safari on iPhone or Chrome on Windows.
- The wording of any error on the page.
The remover never uploads your image or video. Please do not email identity documents, payment cards, or other sensitive files unless we specifically ask for them.
